ROLE PLAY: AT THE FISH AND CHIP SHOP

In pairs, pretend you are in a fish and chip shop. Person A is the fish and chip shop owner and person B is the customer.
Fill in the gaps using the words that are given to you. Now act out your role play in front of the class!

Fish and chip shop owner: "Hello, can I help you?
Customer: Yes, I would like ................................................... please.
Fish and chip shop owner:Would you like some salt and vinegar?
Customer: ...........................................................
Fish and chip shop owner: Would you like anything else?
Customer: Yes, I will have............................................. please.
Fish and chip shop owner: There you go, would you like a drink with your order?
Customer: Yes please, could I have ......................................... please?
Fish and chip shop owner: Anything else?
Customer: No thank tou, that is all.
Fish and chip shop owner: OK, that will be £ ......................
Customer: Thank you.
Fish and chip shop owner: Thank you, good bye.
